Artisanal organic whet baguettes - This bread as leavened with Fresh yeast including Saccharomyces cerevisae (baker's yeast) and Candida parapsilosis. The bread was baked at 210 C for 20 Minutes. All yeasts were killed during the baking, so if you choose to consume the bread, you are not at risk of infection from the leavening process. -Tarsh Bates
